We’ve learned from sources in the White House that the Trump Administration’s actions to threaten and harm immigrants, refugees, Muslims, women and others will soon include a “license to discriminate” executive order targeting LGBT people—it could happen any day, so be ready to rally and march with just a couple hours-notice (details below).

Contrary to the president’s recent press statement that he’s “respectful and supportive of LGBTQ rights,” he has already publicly pledged to sign the anti-LGBT First Amendment Defense Act and now we’ve learned he’s not waiting for Congress to send him a bill. The executive order could even permit federal employees to deny basic services to LGBT people.

There is no community as diverse as the community of people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender. We are immigrants, Muslims, refugees, and women and we stand with all those who are threatened by the dangerous and Anti-American actions of our federal government.

In addition to other actions you’re participating in, please join the Center and dozens of other organizations for a Unity March Against Discrimination the day Trump signs an anti-LGBT executive order, beginning at Los Angeles City Hall at 6 p.m. We will not allow the president to turn back the clock on justice and freedom for all.

Please take the 100 Days and Me pledge to stay informed, be vigilant, and help fight federal policies and legislation that threaten the safety, health and well-being of LGBT people.
